Property Maintenance Technician 

We are working with several properties seeking a skilled and experienced Property Maintenance Technician to join their team. This candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all of our properties are well-maintained and in good condition, including performing repairs, maintenance, and cleaning tasks. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, be able to work independently, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance and repair needs
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs, painting, and carpentry
• Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and address any issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure that all properties are clean and well-maintained, including common areas, parking lots, and sidewalks
• Communicate effectively with tenants, property managers, and other team members
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed on each property
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and activities held on the property

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in a variety of weather conditions
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
