Human Resources Generalist | Budd Lake, NJ

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000k DOE

Job Description:

Our client in Budd Lake, NJ is looking for a Human Resources Generalist. In this role, the HR Generalist will be expected to run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Our client is a prestige manufacturing company with over 100 years of credibility.

 

Responsibilities:

 

·        New employee onboarding.

·        Benefits: Answering all questions to employees of 401K, tax dependents and medical plan.

·        Recruiting

·        Liaison between HR department and outside staffing services.

·        Payroll: Print badges and process pay checks.

·        Travel: Potentially required to visit other sites located in NJ and or PA. This is limited to bimonthly.

·        Work schedule is Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm, rotating between three buildings within a mile of each other.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual English & Spanish – REQUIRED

·        Experience working with Union environment is desire.

·        Minimum 2 years HR experience required. 2-3 years desired.
