Process Technician

• A family owned global Edinburgh Manufacturer that has been in business for over 70 years is looking to grow their team.
• This is an opportunity with a company that offers 8 locations on 3 continents.
• The Process Technician is responsible for start-up and processing of molding machines, robots, and auxiliary equipment
• In addition the Process Technician will participate in sampling of new equipment, troubleshooting processes, performing mold setter and machine operator responsibilities, and more

Pay/Benefits:

• $20-28/ hour based upon experience

Schedule: 3^rd

Requirements:

• Work safe knowledge of equipment (crane movements, machine safeties, electricity, etc.)
• Understanding of fundamental injection molding processes going from pellet to part
• Basic understanding of machine/robot sequence programming
• Basic understanding of mold tooling
• Understanding of water cooling and air supply system
