Hours: 7AM - 4:30PM
Responsibilities:
Entry level job.Post invoices & cash receipts for company's accounts receivables & manage the AR Log.A/P: Post bills, cash disbursements & manage the A/P Log.Maintain company's checkbook(s) & Bank ReconciliationsWill be handling invoices as wellCollection calls / emails for both AP and AR accounts.Complete month end requirements.Complete payroll, 401(k), Tasc, weekly.Handle incoming mail (excluding factory and freight bills).
Qualifications:
Anything basic not looking for the experienced accountant.Ability to adapt to a fast pace environment. Basic Accounting SkillsMicrosoft OfficeCommunication (writing, verbal)Customer serviceOrganization skills.
