Customer Service Representative $17/HR

Located in Appleton, WI

Salary: $17/HR

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Pay: $17/HR

Duties:

• Utilize systems information effectively while entering all customer parts orders 
• Receive and handle customer requests and complaints via phone and email
• Inform customers of parts prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer
• Check inventory and schedule shipment of customer orders
• Call customers when necessary to advise of shipment delays or to obtain additional information 
• Check and confirm prices for customers
• Confers with production, sales, shipping, and warehouse to expedite or trace missing/ delayed shipments 
• Prepare various reports for management 

 

Qualifications: 

• Experience working in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, E-mail, and Windows
• Customer service experience 
• Attention to detail
• Listen and remain open to others' ideas
• Time management skills
