Forklift Operator- 3rd Shift

Location: Wharton, NJ

Pay: Starting at $20

Hours: 10PM - 6:30AM Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

1. Operate gas or electric forklift in and between departments, buildings and grounds.
2. Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing materials.
3. Check incoming materials for shortages or damaged materials.
4. Collect and deliver a wide variety of materials while adhering to established safety procedures.
5. Deliver materials to work areas as directed; stack materials in storage areas in and out of racks.
6. Operate palletizer equipment and use computer systems for production and loading
7. Pull pallets and place them accordingly to be able to walk around them and check for any damage.
8. Ensure pallets and products are reviewed for damage; change if damaged.
9. Pull product and load trucks as needed.
10. Ensure work area is clean and organized before leaving the premises.

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma/GED or one (1) to three (3) months of related experience and/or training
2. Forklift Certification is required.
3. Demonstrated ability to understand manufacturing software.
4. Must be able to continuously stand and/or walk for extended periods of time on concrete surface.
5. Ability to repeatedly kneel, bend, crouch, reach, climb and/or stoop throughout the shift as needed to successfully perform job duties.
6. Responsible for complying with food safety, food security, Quality, GMP's, HAACP, Allergen/ Sensitizer as well as other regulations as required.
