Our fast-growing, locally owned office is looking for another energetic Staffing Recruiters / Employment Specialists to join our team. Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $45-60k + Commission

Responsibilities for the Staffing Recruiter/Employment Specialist include, but are not limited to:

• Fearlessly recruit, interview, and place top candidates in roles
• Build strong client relationships, consistently meeting and exceeding their staffing needs
• Thrive on exceeding goals and driving results
• Collaborate with a high-energy team to meet business objectives
• And….of course… whatever it takes!
  
  

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years experienced in recruiting, sales, HR, or customer service
• A fearless go-getter with a proven track record of success
• Energized by a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong in communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building

 

Work Schedule for Staffing Recruiter/Employment Specialist:

• Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
