Express Employment is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a fast growing office supply company in the Bozeman and surrounding area!

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, and is efficient and friendly.

Responsibilities include:

• Answer phones
• Follow up on customer inquiries by phone, in person and email
• Maintain customer records and accounts
• Analyze customer needs and provide recommendations 
• Assisting guests and office staff
• Order entry and processing
• Assist team in administrative tasks

Qualifications: 

• Should possess basic tech knowledge
• Should possess excellent customer service skills
• Typing ability
• Enjoys working independently
• Good organizational abilities 
• Enjoys talking with people
• Positive attitude with great listening skills 
• Ability to move and lift 50lbs+ on occasion (with help)
