Landscape Technician

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a landscaping technician for a well-established property management company. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Technician to join our team in the Eugene/Springfield area.

Wage and Schedule: This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule, 7:00am to 3:00pm. The pay rate for this position is $20 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and care for client's homes and properties, including mowing, trimming, pruning, and watering.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction with landscaping services.
• Work with the team to complete landscaping projects on time and to high standards.
• Keep inventory of supplies and equipment and communicate with management when additional supplies or equipment are needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work safely around a variety of tools, and chemicals such as fertilizers or pesticides.

Requirements:

• Valid Oregon Driver's License.
• Must have your own truck with towing capabilities.
• Proof of insurance
• Clean Driving Record
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50lbs repeatedly, stand, walk, push/pull, climb, bend, twist, kneel, crouch
• Must be able to work in varying weather conditions.
• 2 years landscaping or yard maintenance (preferred)
