A local Lincoln company is searching for a Production Line Lead who will have core responsibilities in leading a team and managing production goals. The work environment is top notch, well-lit, and temperature controlled. You would be working for an innovative company in Lincoln that is growing and has great long term opportunities.
 
Position Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Allows ability to develop and implement strategies to reach company objectives.
  • Working directly with team members to collectively create a safe work environment and foster a culture of empowerment
  • Work independently and take the lead on safety reporting and tracking
  • Acting as an internal resource on production demands, delivery logistics, quality goals, and employee training
Education/Skills:
  • Manufacturing work experience
  • Willingness to gain industry training and skills
  • Electrical experience (preferred)
  • Leadership skills to foster a growing team
Schedule/Pay:
  • Day Shift: Monday through Friday 5:30 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. and overtime if needed until 5 P.M. and Saturdays 5:30 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.
  • Night Shift: Monday through Thursday 6:00 P.M. to 4:30 P.M. and overtime if needed Fridays and possibility of Saturdays.
  • Pay up to $21/hr
  • Employees paid weekly!
