Responsibilities:

Perform minor and major repair of all equipment and throughout the property.

Perform electrical maintenance (Install electrical wiring and equipment; new electrical services, wiring during remodeling projects.

Perform repairs or replaces broken parts; Perform touch up and finish painting.

Requirements:
Prior apartment or residential maintenance experience required
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and reading a tape measure
Good communication skills
