Hours: Second Shift (flexible)  3PM – 11PM Monday – Friday

Express is looking for a Call Center Representative to start immediately with a company in Cedar Knolls, NJ. You will be working for a company that provides live assistance 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Familiarity with client resource management or crisis referral helpline software systems (iCarol preferred)
• Demonstrate a positive, professional, collaborative team style
• Problem solving skills
• Reliable
• 1 year Call Center or Social Services experience with demonstrated knowledge of community resources
• Familiarity with cloud telephony software systems (Five9 preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• AIRS Certified a plus
