Salary: $16 - $21 per hour

Express Employment Professionals of Ithaca is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives for our busy clients in the Ithaca and Cortland area. Representatives will work in a fast-paced environment, answering and directing customer inquiries while providing detailed documentation to assist the rest of their team. This position requires previous customer service experience and a proven ability to manage administrative tasks. Make new connections and develop professionally in a client-focused environment. Positions are available in both the Ithaca and Cortland areas!

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative and customer service experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of residential construction materials required for some, but not all, of our available roles
• Ability to remain standing or mobile for the majority of shift an 8-hour shift is required for some roles
• Proficiency with Excel, and Microsoft Word, and an ability to learn new systems quickly is key to this role
• Technical writing ability/experience is a plus
• Proven ability to provide knowledgeable, friendly, and professional customer support at all times
