Responsibilities

• Customer contact, dealing with customers via email and phone 
• Ensuring accuracy and efficiency of processing and monitoring incoming and outgoing samples, and securing documentation is sent to both sales team and customers alike.  
• Verify and post sample entries.
• Monitor and help resolve sample inventor discrepancies, update customer records, and generate or close sample invoices.
• Communicating with both internal staff, sales team, and customers is a major component of this position.
