Retail Customer Service

A Wichita company is searching for retail customer service associates who will have core responsibilities in greeting customers, assisting with their product choice, providing product information, and assisting other team members. The fun and high-energy work environment allows the retail customer service associate to be the first step in helping customers. This position receives inbound calls, and at times, will make outbound follow-up calls.
