Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM

Responsibilities:

Heavy scheduling and maintaining calendar of technicians.
Across the country in all different time zones.
ENTRY LEVEL WILL TRAIN
75% data entry.
25% speaking with technicians on the phone.
PreCalls
Data entry (must have excellent skills)
Document all Incident / Issue resolution
Ticket creation
Collateral processing & quality control of site completion forms, photos, etc.
Follow a project specific escalation process
Technical background a plus.
Help Desk experience (helpful but not necessary)
Ideal candidate would have trade skill background. For example computer learning. Recent graduate or someone getting back into the work force.
