Salary: $80,000/year + Bonuses

Direct Hire salaried opportunity as a Sales Associate / Sales Manager / Sales Engineer needed for a leading manufacturer of high-tech glass to metal seal components and are seeking an experienced Sales Associate / Sales Manager / Sales Engineer to join their team based in Milford Ct. Responsibilities include:

Work with existing customers to drive revenue, and work with the sales team in search of new customers.

Work with production for scheduling and on-time shipments.   (Monthly Shipping Bonuses!) 

Work with the engineering department on existing and new work.

Work with the Sales team on new quotes and Manage customer visits.

Upon full-time placement, this position offers a benefits package that includes health/dental plan, paid holidays, paid vacation, bonus program, 401(k)/ Profit Sharing with 100% matching contributions.

 

This is NOT a Commissioned sales position; salary only plus monthly Bonuses 

BS Business/Marketing degree preferred

3-5 years experience in Manufacturing preferred 

Able to read and understand detailed mechanical drawings/schematics and have conversations based on those with clients and Production/Engineers.
