Schedule/Shift: 1st shift, Mon-Fri (8:00a-5:00p)

Use your talents, previous work experience, compassion, as well as your communication skills to support the success and vocational growth of individuals with disabilities to reach their fullest potential! As a Job Coach, you will assist adults with mild to moderate disabilities inside and outside the workplace. You will foster their vocational development by providing compassion, support, instruction, and supervision. Work cohesively with the Pantheon Vocational Team colleagues to foster a complete success plan for clients. Travel within Waukesha County to meet individuals with disabilities at various work sites where you will support them on the job. Observe clients'' skills, offer positive reinforcement, and identify areas for improvement. Be an advocate for individuals whereby counseling them and providing direction for them regarding workplace matters. Maintain daily logs and monthly reports. Attend department meetings and meet individually with the department supervisor.
