Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 Hourly

Customer Care Representative

Shift: M–F 8a–5p

Pay: $18-$22/hr

Where: East side of Indianapolis

 

Duties:

• Process vehicle warranty related paperwork
• Update all customer information in various databases
• Follow up with internal requests and provide detailed notes in systems
• Provide clerical support to Care Manager
• Deploy and record customer satisfaction surveys based on communication with customer
• Catalogue vehicle delivery packets and scan all contents to operating system, ensuring every vehicle is delivered with proper documentation

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in an admin or customer service (involving data entry) role
• Working knowledge and skills within Microsoft Office suites (outlook, word, excel), TEAMS
• Can type 35+ words per minute
• Great multi-tasker
• Great job history with longevity at past companies
• Highschool Diploma or GED
