Express Employment Professionals is hiring General Production Workers for a local manufacturing plant. All associates are required to be able to work in all phases of the manufacturing process of, operating machinery and equipment, material handling, production, shipping, and janitorial duties.

Job Location: Foley, AL

Salary: $16.00 - $17.00 an hour, depending on the plant.

Shift: Multiple shifts available, depending on the plant.

Job Requirements:

• Experience working in manufacturing is appreciated but not required in most positions
• Must have the ability to read, write, calculate, count, and follow oral and written instructions.
• Must have the ability to learn the use of scanners, tables, and barcode printers as required by job site
• Must be able to do heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs. repeatedly during shift
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, sit, crouch, climb, pull, push, crawl, or reach during shift for prolonged periods of time
• Must be able to use hand and power tools
• Must be able to use a manual or electric pallet jack
• Must be able or willing to learn how to operate a forklift
• Must be willing to learn PLEX software
• Using Personal Protection Equipment is ALWAYS required, must have or be able to get PPE before start of first day
• Must have reliable transportation
