Are you ready for a change?

A local Fairview company is searching for a skilled payroll associate who will have core responsibilities in maintaining finances. Do you feel stuck in your current job? Your role is vital within the company as you will be working directly with management to complete your daily tasks. You will also work independently, taking the lead on company reporting and tracking, acting as an internal resource on financial reporting, Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and general administrative duties. This position is a long-term, day shift opportunity.

 

Position Highlights:

• Allows the ability to develop and implement strategies to reach company objectives.
• Your assignments will include but not be limited to payroll processing, data entry, and sending invoices.
• Manage all payroll and timecard processes.
• Calling to check on payment statuses.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize account information.

 

Qualifications:

• 2+ Years of payroll experience required.
• Previous construction industry experience is a plus.
• Detail orientated and ability to multi-task.
• Must be comfortable with Microsoft Excel and Outlook

 

Pay:

$25.00/HR, Depending on Experience
