Maintenance Millwright $25-$35/HR DOE, option for direct hire or evaluation to hire. The company pays 100% of your benefit (including family) costs as part of your salary.  

Are you a skilled Maintenance Millwright looking for an exciting new challenge? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join a client's team in Portland, Oregon. As a Maintenance Millwright, you will play a critical role in keeping this metal company's facility running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair all production equipment
• Install, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment
• Fabricate and repair parts as needed
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations
• Keep accurate maintenance records

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Millwright certification or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools
• Experience with welding and fabrication
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
