Position: Full-Time
Pay: $20.00 per hour (plus additional based on experience)

Work Schedule:

• 3rd Shift: 12 hours, 8:30 PM – 8:30 AM, 2-2-3 schedule
• 1st Shift: 12 hours, 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM, 2-2-3 schedule
• Every other weekend required

Company Overview:

Our client, located in Fort Mill, SC, is one of America’s most respected custom and toll manufacturers of specialty organic chemicals. They produce a variety of organic intermediates, polymers, and colorants for a broad range of customers worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Mix chemicals into batches according to batch sheets.
• Operate machinery and perform routine maintenance.
• Solve problems and manage time effectively.
• Follow all safety protocols and use PPE as required.
• Read and interpret MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets).
• Perform general labor duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong machine operation background is encouraged.
• Team player, hard worker, and self-motivated.
• Open to training and detail-oriented.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Experience as a Chemical Operator is a plus but not required.
• Familiar with PPE (respirators, etc.) and safety protocols.
