Customer Service Rep

Located in Chehalis, WA

Salary: $16.50-$18.50

Customer Support Rep- $16.50-$18.50, DOE 

Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm

 

A local company is searching for a Customer Support Rep who will have core responsibilities in assisting and supporting customers, the sales team, upper management, by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to inquiries. The Customer Support Representative is the front-line contact and helps ensure our customers are satisfied with our products and services.

 What we look for in a Customer Support Rep:

• Professional and clear communication
• Intermediate to advanced Excel Skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• At least one (1) year experience in an office setting
