Welder | $20 + Hourly - Based on Experience | Medora, Kansas

 

A local Medora company is searching for Welders who will spend the majority of the workday welding carbon steel plates under prescribed conditions, working with grinders, TIG or MIG welders and other tools as required. 

Your role is a critical area for incoming and outgoing projects for our clients. Our staff, including our welding teams will work independently, taking the lead on safety reporting and tracking, acting as an internal resource for recommendations for design.

 

Welder job highlights:

• At least $20 hourly
• Read blueprints and sketches,
• Changes out welding gas and wire
• Keep record of the number of pieces made
• Medical, Dental and Vision insurance

What we look for in Welders:

• 1-2 years of experience in a welding environment
• Experience with TIG welding a huge plus
• Must be able to lift and or more up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to read and understand a tape measure
• Must be capable of following verbal and/or written instructions
