We're seeking a personable, energetic, and competitive employee to join our Express Family! Applicants must be adept at creatively pursuing multiple avenues of recruiting with at least a year of experience in a similar role. This individual will aim for and achieve individual, team, and office-wide goals in a high-traffic environment by creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and efficient process management.

Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.

• Ability to bring new ideas to the table for recruiting amazing candidates

• Respond to incoming telephone calls from customers in a professional manner.
• Answer routine questions regarding a variety of issues and inquiries.
• Document all customer contacts in accordance with established procedures.
• Follow instructions contained in announcements from management, update procedures, and conduct other activities as required
• Managing social media accounts
• Assist Employment Specialists with resume building if needed.

•  Assist in recruiting in a high-volume environment
• Review and select resumes for qualifying candidates
• Place job ads on various social media and career sites
• Enter candidate data and information with high accuracy
• Work individually and as a team to effectively meet deadlines
