Located in Ann Arbor, MI

Salary: $18.00 hourly

Import/Export Agent- – Midnight Shift

We are looking for engaged, tech savvy Customer Service Representative to support a fast-paced logistics company in Ann Arbor.

What you’ll be doing as a Import/Export Agent

• Data entry of tasks that vary between communication and account set up
• Communicating with ground handlers and customs to ensure freight/cargo is cleared to be on the aircraft.
• Ensuring proper scheduling timeline for incoming/outgoing freight

What you’ll need to succeed as a Import/Export Agent

• 1 year experience in office setting
• 1 year experience with data entry
• Industry experience with freight/cargo is a plus

Additional information for the Import/Export Agent

• $18.00 hourly
• Monday-Friday, 9:00PM – 5:00AM
• Overtime available
• Ann Arbor, 48108
