Full time – Temp to hire

$18 to $30hr depending on experience.

Monday thru Friday – 8am to 5pm

 

Busy electric supply company in Glendale is looking for a Counter Sales rep to join their team.

 

Summary: This position will be taking orders from customers (mostly electricians) and providing sales and support to meet their needs. Looking for someone that is mature and looking for a career, that can grow with the business.

 

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs.
• Explain products and services to customers.
• Enter customer orders into the computer.
• Pull customer products from the warehouse.
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
• Invoice customers.

 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service.
• Preferred background related to electrical or supply. (Lowes or Home Depot)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.

 

Monday thru Friday - 7am to 5pm

 

$18 to $30hr depending on experience.
