Pay: $35-$37.00

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision , 401k with 4% match, 10 PTO days, 4 holidays. Flex schedule.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am 5pm.

Duties: drywall repair, minor painting, tile work, post bathroom, handyman repairs, carpentry skills, outdoor gutters, minor electrical, weather work (post storm work). Ability to work inside and outside is a must. Manage work orders, fix any issues, paint, change light bulbs, check fire alarms, send measurements if flooring needs to be placed, turning units as quickly as possible, 3rd party vendor for plumbing or if occupied, work with resident to fix issues.

Location: Properties are between Snohomish County, Gig Harbor, Seattle, and North Bend, Ballard, Kirkland, Des Moines and Auburn. All candidates must be able to commute where needed. Mileage OR gas reimbursed.
