Property Maintenance Technician

A property management company in Ann Arbor is looking for a Property Maintenance Technician. You’ll be responsible for maintaining building exteriors and completing all maintenance orders for various sites.

What you’ll be doing as a Property Maintenance Technician

• Complete maintenance orders as requested
• Maintain exteriors of buildings
• Minor plumbing work and troubleshooting with irrigation

What you’ll need to succeed as a Property Maintenance Technician

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have personal vehicle for traveling between sites (mileage is reimbursed)
• Previous maintenance experience
• Plumbing, construction, carpentry, and drywall experience is a plus
• HS diploma or equivalent

Additional information for the Property Maintenance Technician

• $22.00 hourly
• Monday-Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm
  • On call every other weekend for emergencies
• Ann Arbor, 48105
