Continuous Improvement Technician

1^st Shift

$45k-55k salary (based on experience)

 

In this Role you Will:

• Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification
• Promote and facilitate the continuous improvement process and culture on an enterprise-wide basis.
• Train, review and assist with implementation of continuous improvement tools and kaizen action plans.
• Operating metrics and key performance indicator systems are consistently tracking the appropriate measures and provoking appropriate responsive behavior.
• Participate in operating reviews to ensure focus and sense of urgency with respect to continuous improvement implementation priorities.
• Constructively challenge business unit use of continuous improvement initiatives to deliver world-class results.

 

We Want to Hear from Candidates with:

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing preferably within automotive industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good organization skills.
• Self-motivated, ability to work in a deadline driven environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented.
