*$21.85/hour to start!

*Weekends off!

Responsibilities for the Parts Technician:

• Order, receive, inspect, and store parts
• Obtain needed parts from local suppliers and selected vendors at reasonable cost
• Unload delivery trucks manually or with use of electric forklift or hand truck
• Perform cycle counting as needed and/or per generated schedule
• Perform all expectations and duties of the job in accordance with General Plant Rules, Good Manufacturing Practices, Quality Standards, HACCP Guidelines, Proper Protective Equipment requirement, and OSHA Guidelines
• Issues and delivers parts as requested by mechanics
• Orders substitute parts as required
• Keep detailed documentation
• Quickly obtain proper parts needed for repair and maintenance of machines
• Estimate future supply needs and maintain adequate stock levels

Qualifications for the Parts Technician:

• Familiar with Excel sheets
• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical machine components preferred
• Effective communication skills both orally and in writing required
• Good organization skills
• Computer proficiency
• Able to work independently
• Able to pass a drug test and background check

Compensation & Hours for the Parts Technician:

• Monday – Friday from 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• $21.85/hour

• $2000 sign on bonus
• 5 day vacation pay as soon as at 90 day, 10 days’ vacation pay at 1 year, 15 days at 5 years!!
• Double time Sundays starting from day 1
