CNC Machinist

Located in Butler, WI

Salary: $21-$38 based on experience

CNC Machinist

1st Shift: Monday - Friday

Hours: 6:00am - 5:00pm

Pay Rate: $21/HR – $38/HR

 

Job Description:

• Set up, adjust and operate various sizes of CNC machines including, vertical boring mills and horizontal and vertical machining centers (Toyoda HMC, Toshiba HMC, and Hyundai HBM), to turn, bore, face, groove, mill, and drill on a variety of work to obtain proper print dimensions
• Work with and obtain tight tolerances on parts, checking own work with measuring instruments and documenting results

 

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of CNC Machining experience in an applicable industrial setting or trade school
• 2+ years’ minimum machining experience including setup of CNC machines -Knowledge of CNC machine controls, preferably Fanuc & Tosnuc Controls -Experience with Master Cam Software is “Helpful” -Must have good knowledge in the use of X-Y-Z-W & B axis machining
• Setting up tolerances on machine
• Able to read blue prints
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
