Technical Service Representative

• 1st Shift, Monday - Friday
• 7:00am - 6:00pm rotating weekly schedule during Spring peak season
• Optional OT on Saturdays
• $19.00/hr DOE
• Full Time Opportunity

Job Duties

• Answer phone calls & emails to help consumers order parts, check order status, and guide customers with purchasing products for marine electronics (electric trolling motors).
• No outbound cold calling.
• Service promptly, courteously, and professionally. Strengthen the relationships between consumers and Johnson Outdoors.
• Provide technical advice and product information.
• Accurately enter orders and document call conversations into computer system.
• Meet department goals and objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Small, friendly office environment.
