Fabricator - 1st shift

Salary: Up to $19/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Weld plastic using various tools and methods (i.e. fusion welding, butt welding, etc.) to meet customers specifications (i.e.plating tanks, install flanges, etc.)
• Service, repair and assembly of valve components, pumps, or special fabrication projects on an as-needed basis.
• Test finished valves and inspect assemblies to ensure performance and quality control. Fit and assemble parts into complete or partial assembly when needed.
• Diagnose any problems and determine what repairs are needed to valve assembly or any other products sent back for warranty or repair.

Skills:

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of fabrication experience, preferably with plastics; however, less experience will be considered.
• Candidates with woodworking, cabinetry, and/or welding experience strongly encouraged to apply.
• Must be able to read, understand and perform from blueprints/technical drawings, the installation of any tank fittings and/or flanges.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals.
• Accurate and detail oriented

Hours:

Monday- Friday: ( 7:00 AM- 3:00 PM )
