A company located is looking for a Community Living Instructor for their Pratt location. 

 

What you’ll be doing as a Community Living Instructor

• Provide assistance with living skills
• Health maintenance and medication administration
• Personal care, Community participation and positive behavior development
• Implement and evaluate Person Center Plan outcomes and objectives for specific individuals

What we look for in a Community Living Instructor

• Valid driver's license
• HS Diploma and/or GED
• CNA, Home Health, or Care Provider experience
• Compassionate personality 
• Communication skills
• Ability to multi-task

• $17.50 hourly (.50 raise based on years of experience)
