Salary: $16.60 - $17.35/hour

Express Employment is hiring immediately for Foam Production workers in Brighton, MI. This company produces foam packaging components. These lightweight foam materials provide cushioning, shock resistance, strength and durability during distribution. The company’s custom designs protect products of practically any shape, weight and size, and some packs can be reused multiple times helping to reduce material and packaging costs. These positions are long term opportunities.

THIS CLIENT IS NOT BUS LINE FRIENDLY.

Pay: $16.60 - $17.35/hour, currently running until mid April, $2.00 bonus.

1st Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm Monday to Friday & weekends
2nd Shift: 2:30pm - 10:30pm Monday to Friday & weekends
3rd shift: 10:30pm - 5:00pm Monday to Friday & weekends

Requirements:

• Trimming access plastic off foam parts coming from machines
• Operating Foam Mold Machine
• General shop duties if need assistance with
• Assembly Line – Operating a hot glue gun to glue down parts to a cardboard sheet
• Ability to work in a fast paced production environment
• No issue working with liquid or dry foam particles as they may get on clothing
• Comfortable standing, bending, twisting in a repetitive motion for 8-10 hour shifts & (2) 15 min breaks
• Must be able to wear steel toed boots or shoes & safety glasses
• Can lift 40-50 lbs
• Can work in a warm/hot temperature facility
• Need to have 6 months to 1 year of consistent manufacturing experience. No short term positions.
