Scale Operator/Scale House Clerk

In this role you will:

 

We like to hear from candidates with:

Ensure truck drivers or any contractor entering the site are in compliance and aware of Safety/PPE requirements.

• Scaling inbound/outbound trucks.
• All documentation from Delivery drivers are to be maintained, managed, and sent to appropriate personnel.
• Communicate with all Internal Departments on deliveries.
• Answer all incoming phone calls to the Scale house.
• Direct trucks to correct loading/unloading area (provide directions).
• Requires some billing experience.
• Requires some security duties, but very minimal such as monitoring the Fire Alarm System, Radiation Detector, and Power Curtailment System.

 

 Experience:

• High School Graduate
• Strong Computer Skills
• Must have 3 to 5 year’s experience
• Must have Ten Key
• Ability to Handle Stressful Situations
• Work Under Pressure
• Team Player
• Strong Multitasking Skills
• Good communication skills.
