🔧 Join Our Team as a Machinist (Grade 1)! 🔧

Express Employment Professionals is on the lookout for a skilled Machinist (Grade 1) who can juggle multiple tasks and operate 2-4 Lathe and Mill machines. If you’re a pro with CNC equipment and love working with your hands, this is the job for you!

📅 Work Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 7am-5:30pm
• Friday: 7am-3:30pm

💰 Salary: $22-$26/hr DOE
📍 Location: Camden area
🕒 Hours: 48 hours a week with built-in overtime
✨ Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Matching 3% 401k

What You’ll Do:

• 🛠️ Set up machines with supervision.
• 🔩 Perform various machine operations using CNC or manual machining centers.
• ⚙️ Operate CNC equipment in line with operating procedures.
• 🏭 Use equipment like mixers, grinders, filter presses, dryers, and more.
• 🧰 Conduct milling, drilling, boring, and related operations to precise tolerances.
• 📋 Review setup sheets and specifications to determine machining sequences.
• 🖥️ Perform setup and operations on CNC Mills, understanding G-Code, 2D & 3D (3&4 Axis - similar to FANUC or AKUMA).
• 📏 Measure workpieces to ensure they meet specifications.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma/GED (required).
• 5-10 years of machining experience (required).
• Post High School/Professional Certification (preferred).
• Ability to commute daily to Camden, AR.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dependable, accurate, and a quick learner.
