We are actively recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Customer Service Representative for our client, a housing assistance organization in Worcester, MA. The main responsibilities of this position will be to enter order information for people looking for housing assistance.

 

Responsibilities:

• Collecting and processing payments from homeowners
• Provide excellent customer service when responding to customer inquires
• Enter financial data and information into State system

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of financial or accounting experience required 
• Proficient in MS Office, internet, and other computer skills
• Customer service experience 
• Strong attention to details for accuracy
