Roadside assistance overview:

General help on the yard.  Someone mechanically inclined, that could be trained to run the service truck, as needed.  We do jump starts, tire changes and unlocking.  They would need a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and able to pass a drug screen.

Roadside Assistance Duties:

• Perform emergency roadside repairs such as changing a tire, providing a jump start, providing gas, and provide lockout assistance.
• Arrange a tow for the customer when repair cannot be completed on roadside
• Keep accurate records of time and material used during services for billing
• Maintains roadside vehicle and equipment
• Ensure quality customer service through professionalism, timely response, courtesy, and accuracy of repair
• Attend driver and employee meetings as requested for job and safety training and information
• Complete all manufacture training and professional certification requirements to maintain and upgrade industry and product knowledge
• Assist in training new employees when requested by management

Roadside Assistance Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs,
• Must be able to work in an outdoor environment in the elements.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Exceptional Verbal Communication
• Demonstrate positive customer service attitude
• Possess mechanical aptitude as outlined by manufacture requirements
