General Laborer - Mechanic / Fabricator

Located in Ballston Spa, NY

Salary: $20.22 Per Hour

An established construction company in Ballston Spa, NY is seeking a skilled Mechanic/Fabricator to support their operation!

Job description for the Mechanic/Fabricator:

• Fixing heavy machinery and production vehicles as needed.
• Performing welding/fabrication duties as needed.
• Assisting the forklift operators in moving pipe around the facility.
• Strapping pipe to trucks
• Moving raw materials by hand
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs. On your feet most of the day

 

Skills and Qualifications for the Mechanic/Fabricator:

• Heavy machinery maintenance
• Welding and fabrication
• Prior mechanical & welding experience required
