Salary: $19.75/hr

A Premier Automotive Manufacturer in the Chelsea area is searching for qualified candidates to fill first, second, and third shift MIG/Repair welder positions.

*Positions are long-term and full-time with a company offering great benefits and career growth!*

*Pay Rates:* $18.75/hr. base for first shift

Off shifts receive premiums of $1.00, bringing starting rates to $19.75/hr. for second and third shift!

Off Shifts Available!
*2nd shift 2:00pm-10:30pm
* 3rd shift – 10:00pm – 6:30am

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

· Repair / Rework welds on various size parts on production line.
· Operate welding machines as needed, making sure all work is done to specification.
· Ensure the equipment functions efficiently and that all procedures work correctly
· Complete visual checks to ensure all welded parts meet quality expectations.
· Complete production requirements while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment according to 5S.
· Adhere to Team handbook, Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards, policies and procedures.
