Will start a new Team member with MIN. GUARANTEE of $40,000 - $43,000 for first year, depending on experience; you'll earn more than this as your book of business grows, through combination of base salary + commission + team bonuses (no ceilings/limits on commission). Benefits package included (see below).

People who have worked in the following fields, and who may want a more stable, weekday schedule have been successful in this role:  Staffing & Recruiting (obviously!), Inside Sales, Account Manager, Restaurant Server or Assistant Manager, Apartment Leasing, Non-Profit or College Fundraiser (on the phone).

PRIMARY ROLES:  Fill job orders for client employers; recruit to ensure effective pipeline; conduct inside sales by promoting candidate inventory to potential employers. 

This is a fast-paced, proactive business. Ideal candidate will be able to effectively promote their talent inventory, speak to candidates and client employers on the phone, recruit, interview, build relationships and generate new business.  Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM, or 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM. North Shelby County; Hwy. 280.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience strongly preferred in one of the following: Staffing/Recruiting, Inside Sales, or HR Assistant in recruiting or onboarding role.
• HS Diploma or GED; college degree or some completed college a PLUS.
• Ability to manage and FOLLOW UP on multiple priorities. 
• Outstanding communication skills - via phone, in-person & written. 
• Strong computer skills, including: 
• Quick/accurate typing/data entry skills
• Ability to navigate quickly & effectively between web-based programs
• Ability to learn new program quickly; working knowledge of MS Office suite a plus
