Salary: $18.50 - $21.00/hourly

We are seeking a full time Check In Clerk for Neurosurgeon's office located in Sarasota. This position requires recent previous experience in a medical office in an administrative role. 

This is an non-Clinical position.

Dutile Include:

• Check-in and check-out patients
• Confidentially manage patient accounts
• Answering phone calls and making appointments
• Greeting patients, collect co-pays and payment posting
• Answer patient calls, emails and questions, and direct them appropriately to the correct department'
• All other tasks 

Requirements: 

• Scheduling experience 
• Handle a very fast paced desk
• Insurance and surgical authorization verification experience 
• Coordinating of various tests and studies at other facilities or previous experience in a similar role 

Full time opportunity

Monday-Friday 

8am-5pm
