We're seeking a Stick Welder to join our Tyler, TX team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in industrial coatings, including application and mixing, with expertise in conventional or airless spray systems. Here's what we're looking for:

Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

• Perform stick welding according to project specifications.
• Apply industrial coatings using various techniques, ensuring proper mixing.
• Operate conventional or airless spray systems proficiently.
• Conduct welding tests and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
• Participate in safety school and pass associated tests.
• Complete pre-employment physical examination and drug test.

Qualifications:

• Proven stick welding experience.
• Proficiency in applying and mixing industrial coatings.
• Familiarity with conventional and/or airless spray systems.
• Ability to pass welding tests.
• Completion of safety school and associated tests.
• Ability to pass a physical examination and drug test.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
