Forklift Operator

Located in Pickering, ON

Salary: $21-24

Our client is looking for a Forklift Operator to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Operating Forklift for transporting and shipping materials
• Loading skids with materials and products onto forklift
• Performing duties such as packing, lifting, labelling, and sorting
• Relocating items within the warehouse
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the warehouse are well maintained and free of debris
• Performing other tasks that may be assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience operating a Forklift (Counterbalance, Raymond Reach, Order Picker, etc.)
• Valid forklift license required
• Previous use of RF scanners and shipping software
• Safety shoes/boots required
• Prior experience working in a warehouse
• Excellent organization and attention to detail

Bonus Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Health and Safety rules
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, physical strength and stamina

Compensation and Hours:

• Various shift times
• Pay Rate: $21-24 per hour
