Apartment Maintenance Tech – $18 - $25 per hour

 

Express is currently recruiting for an Apartment Maintenance Technician for an immediate opening with an apartment complex located in Princeton, NJ. This role will work independently on a variety of tasks, but also include regular communication with tenants and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and upgrades to keep the interior and exterior of the apartment community in great condition
• Repair various plumbing and electrical systems
• Paint and drywall repairs
• Communication with apartment tenants about repair needs

 

What we look for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Maintenance experience
• Attention to detail
• Communications skills
• Ability to be on-call for evenings and weekends
• Must live approximately 45mins max from Princeton, NJ
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
