Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring a General Laborer to support the Wastewater Division for a local municipality. The General Laborer will be responsible for assisting the crew with maintenance and repairs of sewer lines, etc.

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform general labor and maintenance work, storm and sanitary sewer maintenance and clean-out, water main maintenance, and locate underground utilities.
• Operate and performs routine maintenance on light power equipment including pumps, boring machines, powered saws, jackhammers, etc.
• Use non-power tools including shovels, rakes, wrenches, wheelbarrows, etc.
• Operate trucks, tractors, loaders, sewer cleaning equipment, etc.
• Assist with checking in brush, etc. at the drop-off site. 
• Perform other similar work assignments.

Pay: $13.00/HR

Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm Tuesday - Saturday

Requirements:

• Steel boots required
• 1 year of previous outdoor labor experience
• Able to work out in the elements
• Able to stand, bend, move for long periods of time
• Able to lift 50lbs
