Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring Machine Operators for a local remanufacturer of starters and alternators. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating a drill press and learning to operate other equipment.

Essential Job Function:

• Work in a production environment producing high quality starters, alternators, etc. 
• Operate a drill press
• Learn other machines and processes
• Operate the machines while following all safety procedures
• Read and understand blueprints and other company paperwork
• Troubleshoot machine problems when necessary
• Observe machine operations to ensure quality 
• Use hand tools and manual dexterity
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Cross-train on other machines as needed

Pay: $12.00-$13.00/HR

Schedule: 6:00am-3:30pm Monday - Friday

Requirements:

• Must complete New Hire Screening process
• Must be able to work in a hot, non-climate controlled environment
• Must be able to stand, bend, and move for long periods of time
• Able to read a tape measure and blue prints
• Able to work in a safe and efficient manner
